Tree Trimming cut list

I have decided to post the quoted work that is being completed today. This information was presented at the May 9, 2023 meeting:

-Cut out two branches of Large red Oak tree (front of house #1737) $400.00

Haul away resulting debris (Several large branches have fallen off these 2 trees in front of 1737. Each of the companies suggested taking out some of the lower limbs for safety and to reduce the risk of branch failure. This should also result in a healthy tree.)

-Cut out one low branch of Large white Oak tree (right of house #1737) $200.00

Haul away resulting debris (see above comment)

Remove small Pine tree (behind house #1746) $200.00 (This tree is dead.)

Flush cut small Pine tree, Haul away resulting debris

Cut out deadwood of Large red Oak tree (behind house #1740) $500.00

Haul away resulting debris (We are hoping by cutting out the dead wood, it will help with the overall health of the tree. This is the very large tree that an arborist predicted we would need to remove it in 3-5 years (said 2 years ago) and would cost $10,000 - $12,000 to remove.)

Remove Maple tree (front of house #1738) $400.00

Flush Cut, Haul away resulting debris (We removed 2 large branches from this tree 2 years ago. We were hoping it would allow this tree to flourish. Since then, 40% additional limbs died. The first company I met with quoted to remove the limbs. He verbally told me that the tree would most likely be completely dead in a year. The next 2 companies I met with suggested to remove it due to disease. We loves our trees but needed to prioritize the safety of our residents and property. This tree is located right next to a home and many cars in the parking lot. The board will look into a replacement tree when the budget allows and if the resident will commit to watering it.)

Cut out deadwood of large red Oak tree (behind house #1722) $200.00

Haul away resulting debris (This tree has dropped several large branches, one damaging the gutter of 1722. Dead branches needed to be removed before causing more damage.)

Remove medium Cherry tree (behind house #1718 near Crofton Pkwy) $500.00

Flush Cut Haul away resulting debris (This tree had very few leaves left approx. 80% dead and was leaning over the sidewalk)

Cut out deadwood of large red Oak tree (behind house #1717) $400.00
