Announcing a Special Meeting for All Owners, Scheduled February 3rd, 2022 via Zoom
Crofton Georgetown Regime III Owners, the Board requests your participation in a Special Meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 3rd, 2022. The Board will host the meeting remotely via Zoom. Chambers Management has mailed you a hard-copy of the meeting information, which includes the Zoom meeting ID, meeting password, and dial-in number. You should receive that information this week by postal mail, so please keep an eye out for that in your mailbox.
It is critical that in order for this meeting to be held, we achieve a quorum of at least 51% owner participation made up of owners who join the meeting, as well as any owners who complete and deliver a proxy (e.g., if they cannot join the meeting themselves).
If you desire to fill out the proxy, you can either:
Provide your completed proxy form to any of the Board members
Provide your completed proxy to anyone who you know will be at the meeting
Mail* your completed proxy to Gene Stevens though the postal service at: Gene Stevens Chambers Management 12051-B Tech Road Silver Spring, MD 20904
*Please note - Gene must receive your mailed in proxy prior to the meeting in order for your proxy to be included, so please mail it as soon as possible if you choose this option.
