About the Community
The Crofton Georgetown townhouses were built during the original development of the Crofton community in the early 1960s.  The community is located directly across from Crofton Elementary just off Davidsonville Road (Route 424), conveniently located at the intersection of Washington DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis.  Regime 3 is a horizontal condominium regime.  Simply put, we are a community of homeowners that share in common the responsibilities for our property while still owning our homes. What this means is less hassle and more value.
