Spring 2022 Architectural Inspection

On May 15, 2022 the Architectural Committee performed their yearly inspection of the outside of the townhomes within our community. These will be mailed out on June 1, 2022. If you do not receive one by mail or email, then you do not have any faults found on your home and we thank you. If you do receive a list in the mail or by email, please address the items within 45 of the notice date. We ask that you provide us with documentation that the work will be performed even if it takes longer than the 45 days.
