Posted: Board Member Election Years and Terms

The board has received a question about which terms are up for election at this coming Annual Meeting in March, and why. Please refer to the attached Election tracker which shows board member names, the year they were elected, and the year their term expires. Historically, the board staggers its 7 board seats as follows: 3 in one year, 2 the next year, and then 2 the following year (and repeat).
