Dangerous Tree Removal

The board has voted to have 3 dangerous trees removed. This will come out of our operational reserves and is considered an emergency expense. Although we did not budget for tree removal this year, the board is proceeding with it because of the dangerous situation these trees cause. We solicited 3 quotes from different companies. All of these companies have agreed that these trees need to be removed immediately for safety. Jams quoted $7,755, Bartlett $6,696 and Appalachian for $4,000. We decided to go with Appalachian whom we have worked with in the past. This emergency tree removal is scheduled for Monday July 25th, 2022.
