Annual Meeting Election

On March 21, 2023 we held our Annual Meeting. Thank you to all that attended or represented themselves by proxy. We met quorum with 77.609% of the community represented. We passed the budget with a 7.5% increase to assessments. We did a google document vote for those that we present during the zoom meeting and it was open for 24 hrs by law. The ballots were then tabulated on March 23, 2023 by Nikki Kelly, Andrew Hsieh and our 2 election inspector volunteers from the meeting. We elected Michael LaPaglia and James Vorhies to each serve a 3 year term.
